#Mathtype in pages install#
From the list of available Add-Ins, click the icon for MathType and the Add button to install the Add-In. Write math formulas easily with MathType for Google Workspace, the math editor and equation writer for Google Docs and Google Slides. From the Add-Ins menu, select the Get Add-ins link and then select Admin Managed. You can find the store by going to “Insert” in the menu of Word 2016 and selecting the downward arrow next to Add-Ins. Look for MathType in Microsoft's Add-In Store under Admin Managed.

Edit your equation as many times as you need just by clicking on it and MathType will open automatically.

Open MathType from the toolbar, type in the equation that you need for your document, and then close MathType your equation will be inserted into your document, with the right font and format settings. Also Insert -> MathType equation is greyed out. But when I chose Insert -> Formula in the menu all entries in the submenu all entries are greyed out. MathType is available on the Microsoft Word toolbar. I would like to insert a formula in a Pages document (under El Capitan).
