Right now I'm doing a redownload and reinstall of ManiaPlanet, in the unlikely event that magically fixes it.ĮDIT: Reinstalling from worked for me. My port ranges are indeed set to both TCP and UDP. I've already tried running ManiaPlanet as admin, both the launcher and the main exe. At the moment I'm using the Netgear WNA3100 wireless USB adapter to connect to my network. I'd have to see about wiring it up directly later. Unfortunately I can't try the first option just yet, as my computer is across the house from my router. Your port ranges look ok, but make sure that you selected BOTH TCP and UDP.If you are able to connect directly to your cable/dsl modem, you may try completely bypassing your router altogether to ensure the problem does not lie there.Slugish wrote:A couple of debugging thoughts: Seems other people can join me, but I can't join other servers. Windows Firewall is disabled on my system, I've already made the appropriate exceptions in my AVG firewall - as well as having tried playing with the firewall disabled. Outbound Rule -> New Rule -> Select Program -> Browse to your Shootmania.exe file -> Select "Allow Connection" -> Keep all boxes checked -> Name it anything, I did "SM MP" -> Finish. Click start->search "firewall" ->click "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security" -> Inbound Rule -> New Rule -> Select Program -> Browse to your Shootmania.exe file -> Select "Allow Connection" -> Keep all boxes checked -> Name it anything, I did "SM MP" -> Finish.
